Update the Profile Schedule

Click Beams, Columns > Update Schedules to update the following changes in the profile schedule added to the floor plan:

• Where you have added or deleted a profile.
• Where you have changed the length, cross section or other listed property of a profile.
• Where you have edited the drawing properties of the lists in the system settings.

The function updates all the lists in the drawing-model pairs in the project that list the profiles of a specific group such as BEAMS, COLUMNS, FLOOR JOISTS, etc. A list containing the profiles the user has selected individually is not updated.

Note

• By default, the function also updates the profile codes when you add or delete a profile. Updating the codes is defined in the system settings with the keyword upd_pce_labels_during_schedule_upd.
  • upd_pce_labels_during_schedule_upd = 0 - The codes are not updated.
  • upd_pce_labels_during_schedule_upd = 1 - The codes are updated.
• Updating the codes in connection with solving options is defined in the system settings with the keyword upd_piece_schedules_during_testing.
  • upd_piece_schedules_during_testing = 0 - The user is asked if the schedules are updated when the options are solved.
  • upd_piece_schedules_during_testing = 1 - The schedules are updated when the options are solved. Default value.
  • upd_piece_schedules_during_testing = -1 - The schedules are not updated when the options are solved.
