Move the End of Several Profiles

You can use this function to move the end of one or more profiles. Click the profile at the end that you wish to move. The locating point at the end to be moved is automatically the cross section point defined to be the locating point when adding the volume. At the end that is not moved, the corresponding cross section point is a fixed, stationary point. The locating point, fixed point and cross section direction can be changed by selecting an appropriate auxiliary function.

  1. Select Beams, Columns > Move Profile End.
  2. Select the end of the profile to be moved.
  3. Select a new locating point, fixed point or cross section direction, if necessary.
  4. Click the MULTIPLE button above the status bar. If you cannot see the button, stretch the bottom edge of the Vertex window downwards.
  5. Select the end of the next profile, etc.
  6. Select a new location or type the offset as coordinates.
