Add a Hole to an Area Material

You can add a hole to an additional area material. When you click the points of the hole's edge line in a drawing, you can first define a height position for each of the points. If you do not define the height position, the points will be positioned in the model with Z coordinate = 0.

  1. Select edge line of an additional area material (A).
  2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
  3. Select Add Hole to Additional Material.
  4. If you select the points in the drawing, select the function from the contextual toolbar, if necessary, and enter the height position of the point. The height position is valid until you define a new value for it.
