Changing Text Type
You can select a single or several texts in a drawing, change
the type off the text and, and if necessary, click text points. For
example, replace a normal texts to a reference line text.
- Select Texts> Change
Text Type.
- Select a single or several texts, and accept by selecting
Confirm.
- As a text type, select one of the options in the dialog box:
- Text
- Framed Text
- Reference Line and Arrow
- Reference Line
- Reference Line and Circle
- Reference Circle
- You can select the start point the reference line and the
position of the text by selecting Select
text's points. If you are changing normal text into reference
line text, you must select this option.
- The dialog box will close automatically after the text type
selection if you have selected Close this
window after type selection. In other case, select OK.
- Select the position of the text as follows:
- Click the start point of the reference line, if you selected
Select text's points in the dialog box.
- Click the position of the text. If you wish to position the
text in its original place, select Confirm.
- If you are changing the type of several texts at a time, the
texts being modified are individually highlighted in color in the
drawing. The order is the same as the one in which they were
selected. Click a position for each text in the drawing.
- Select OK.
Select a single or several texts, and then
select the context-sensitive menu function Change
Text Type.
Note
- You can add several points to the reference line after
selecting the text's start point by selecting the
Meander Line function.
