Saving a Raster/Image in TIFF Format

Save a raster image or an entire drawing window in TIFF format.

1. Select Raster Images> Save Raster Image/Drawing as TIF file.
2. Do either of the following:
   • Select the raster in the drawing.
   • Save entire drawing selecting Confirm function.
3. Enter a name of the file.
4. Define the resolution.
5. Select either black-and-white image or full-color image as the file type by clicking the corresponding button.
   • If you select Black&White, you can specify the compression algorithm by entering number 2 (Huffman), 3 (G3), 4 (G4), or 5 (PB). If you do not wish to compress the raster, enter 1 in the field.
   • If you select Full-color, you cannot select a compression algorithm for the raster. The raster is saved if you enter 1 in the field.
6. Select the compression method.
