Detail View
Create a detail magnification of the elements of the designed
drawing limiting the area by a rectangle or a circle. Define the
data of the detail magnification, label text and scale in the
dialog box.
- Select either of the following:
- Select Views>
Detail View
(rectangle).
- Select Views>
Detail View
(circular).
- Do either of the following:
- Select the lower left corner and upper right corner of the
rectangle.
- Select a center point and a radius point.
- Change the selection of elements inside the detail
magnification area as follows:
- Add an element to the area by selecting it. The selected
element is highlighted in a different color.
- Deselect an element from the area by selecting it.
- Define the detail magnification properties in the dialog box.

- Selecet Confirm.
- Click the position of the detail magnification in the
drawing.
Note
- It is impossible to do a detail magnification to a 2D
component.
- If there are 2D elements drawn in the model drawing, you can
create a detail magnification of the elements.
- You can change the scale and position of the detail
magnification by double-clicking inside the detail magnification
near the borders.
- You can toggle the visibility of the borders of the projection
area by selecting the menu bar function View> Detail View
