Circle Tangential to Three Lines

This function is used to add an arc or circle that is tangential to three lines. The order in which the tangent lines are selected is not important.

1. Select the first line, which is the tangent of the arc/circle to be added.
2. Select the second line.
3. Select the third line.
4. Select the desired option from the ones suggested by the program.
5. Select start and end points for the arc.

A third point must be selected for a circle that is the tangent of two other circles.
