Circle Tangential to a Line and Center Point on a Line

With this function, an arc/circle is added by selecting the line on which the center point is positioned and the line touching the arc. Enter the circle/arc radius.

1. Select the center point line.
2. Select the touching line.
3. Enter the radius.
4. Select the start and end angles.
