Closed Ellipse

Use this function to add an open ellipse by clicking a center point and two radius points in the direction of the main axes. You can select the line properties for an ellipse. When adding an ellipse you can select auxiliary functions, which you use to draw an ellipse in relation to certain line elements.

1. Select Lines> Closed ellipse.
2. Select the line properties.
3. Click a center point (1).
4. Click the radius point (2) in the direction of the main axis.
5. Click the radius point (3) in the direction of the other main axis. The axes are perpendicular to one another. The main axis can be drawn at an angle diverging from the horizontal ruler.
