Dimensioning a Radius

You can dimension the radius of an arc, and a circle in a parallel projection.

You can also add a radius dimension in the way of the center point is marked, and the dimension starts from the center point. You can change the dimension properties before selecting the element to be dimensioned.

Dimension a radius as follows:

1. Select either of the following:
   • Select Dimensions> Radius.
   • Select Dimensions> Radius + Center.
2. Select the dimension properties.
3. Select an arc or a circle.
4. You can select the reference line when adding the Radius or Diameter dimension.

5. Select the position of the radius dimension.

You can also dimension the radius using the Dimensions function.

Note

• If the dimensioning of the radius fails in the projection of the model drawing, select Exact Silhouettes in the drawing properties of the projection.
