Add and define a split line for the floor
Add an opening to the automatically generated floor for the stairs. Define the opening using a split line. Add the split line to the drawing-model pair containing the walls which define the floor.
- Select
Floors and Ceilings > 
Add and Define Split
Line. - Click the points 1 and 2 approximately as shown in the figure.
- Click the CLOSE button above the status bar to form a
rectangular closed line chain.
The Split Line Properties dialog box opens.
The direction of the arrow in the floor plan indicates the area defined by the split line.
