Roofs

Click the points of the main roof and select the parameters

1. Select Roofs > Gable Roof.
2. Click the points 1, 2 and 3 approximately as shown in the figure. Lock the cursor in the y and x axis directions.

   The Roof Parameters dialog box opens. The parameters you selected last are the default parameters. Change the height of the wall frame and calculate the eave height again.

3. Click the Get button next to the Plate Height field.
4. Click the 3D button in the message box.
5. Select one of the walls on the 2nd floor in the model window.

   

   The Roof Parameters dialog box reopens. The value in the Plate Height field is now 5762.

6. Click the Calculate button next to the Eave Height field.
7. Confirm by clicking OK. The program adds the roof.
