Interior Walls

Select the wall

1. Activate the drawing window.
2. Select Walls > Add Wall.
3. Select the wall. The wall you selected last is the default. In this example, you will first add the wall between the garage and the house. You can use the same wall type as in the exterior walls. Check the wall from the status bar.

   

   If the wall is something other than above, you can copy the type from a previously added exterior wall in the following way:

   1. Select Copy wall data from existing wall.
   2. Select one of the exterior walls.

      

4. Select the wall center line as the reference line. Click the button Placement: Wall middle on the contextual toolbar.
5. Make sure, that the auxiliary function Room creating wall is selected on the contextual toolbar. The function is selected when the button is down.

Note: If you have restarted the program between exercises, the Wall dialog box opens automatically when you select the wall adding function. You can select a wall in the building by clicking the Pick button in the dialog box. Select a wall in the drawing.
