Continue positioning the walls
- Select the line pairs 5..10 marked in the figure in the same way.
- After selecting the last pair of lines, select Confirm.
The same distance value will be set for all the line pairs.
The foundation walls are now fixed to the first floor walls with a distance constraint. When you move a wall in the first floor, the foundation wall is also move.
If you receive an error message "Model not solved", delete the equal distance constraints from the foundation walls one by one, until the model is solved. After that, add the deleted constraints again. You can delete a constraint from a wall as follows:
- Select a wall.
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
- Select Constraints.
- Select the Equal distance constraint from the list.
- Click the Remove the button.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
