Change the value of a dimension constraint
- Double-click the dimension constraint (A). The Properties
dialog box opens.
Please note, that the dimension constraints are
marked with blue and the regular dimensions with black color in the
floor plan.
- Select the Text tab. The value of the dimension constraint is 9300.
- Type a new value in the Text editing field: 9600.
- Confirm by clicking OK. The geometry of the building model is
refreshed. Note:
- The wall (B) moves. The walls with fixed positions (C) do not move.
- The regular dimension (D) is also refreshed.
- The relationships between other building components fixed to each other with constraints remain unchanged, for example the exterior wall (E), the interior wall (F) and the interior doors, stairs and table group fixed to it.
