Material Report

Collect the materials

1. Select Material Reports > Collect Materials.
2. Select the following drawing-model pairs from the list:
   • Roof
   • 2nd floor
   • 2nd floor, ceiling
   • 2nd floor, wall layout
   • 1st floor
   • 1st floor, ceiling
   • 1st floor, wall layout
   • Foundation
3. Confirm by clicking OK. The program collects the materials to a database, and opens the Collected Materials database view. The material database contains the following fields, for example:

   Code:	The material code.
   Layer:	The drawing-model pair in which the material is located.
   Quantity:	The material quantity, which can be e.g. an area or a number, depending on the object type.
   Component type:	The component type of the object, for example WALL (wall), COMP_WINDOW (window).
   Parameter 1, 2, etc.:	The dimensions and properties of the material.

4. Close and save the database by clicking OK.
